Shane ‘Herb’ Fuller has been an active member of The Bowlo since 1 April 1992, holding numerous positions within the Club as well as being a very competitive bowling member. To spice their AGM up on Sunday 21 July 2024 The Kempsey Macleay RSL Bowling Club honoured Shane with Life Membership.
For over 30 years, Shane has dedicated countless hours to supporting and enriching our club. His unwavering commitment and passion have not gone unnoticed, and it was with unanimous agreement that The Kempsey Macleay RSL Bowling Club honored him with this well-deserved recognition.
As a truly modest and valuable Clubman, Shane turns up every Friday night to run the Schooner Club and Meat Tray raffles. Shane’s tireless efforts, whether on the green or behind the scenes, have truly made a lasting impact. His dedication, support, and infectious enthusiasm have inspired us all.
To celebrate Shane becoming a Life Member, President Ron Kennedy, on behalf of the members of the Kempsey Macleay RSL Bowling Club, presented Shane with a personalised jacket and mug as tokens of the Club’s appreciation and acknowledgement of his unassuming dedication.
Congratulations Shane for your well-deserved recognition as Life Member – the second Life Member for the Kempsey Macleay RSL Bowling Club, and fifth since the Club was first registered in 1921
